How the Company Collects Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information about you that is personally identifiable to you such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as log-in information and passwords (other than log-in information and passwords that constitute “Financial Information” as defined below). We pay close attention to how Personal Information is collected, used, and shared, use Personal Information sensibly.

The Company does not collect Personal Information from Unregistered Users. The Company may collect Personal Information from Clients, Prospects and Consumers.

The Company collects Personal Information from Clients through the online order processing and billing process in which Clients are asked to identify themselves and to provide their names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and similar identifying information. In addition, the Company’s Services may require that the Company collect from Clients the names and identifying information of certain Client Consumers.

The Company collects Personal Information from Prospects when they identify themselves to the Company as wishing to receive more information about the Company or its Services. The Company may collect a Prospect’s name, address, email address, telephone number, corporate representation and other identifying information from a Prospect.

The Company collects Personal Information from Consumers when those Consumers respond to a request to complete a survey or feedback form. The Personal Information collected from the Consumer may include the Consumer’s name, mailing address and type of products or services purchased by the Consumer from the applicable Client. The Company also collects Personal Information from Consumers when Clients provide the Company with Personal Information they have obtained from Consumers.

How the Company Collects Financial Information
“Financial Information” is information about a person’s or entity’s financial condition or information about a person’s or entity’s bank accounts, credit accounts, financial accounts, escrow accounts (such as PayPal or similar services), payment history, and records of invoices to that person, payments made by that person, other information pertaining to payment obligations, log-in information, and payments to online accounts that have the power to initial or to receive payments.

We pay close attention to how Financial Information is collected, used, and shared, and we use Financial Information sensibly.

The Company does not collect Financial Information from Consumers, Prospects or Unregistered Users. All users of the Company’s website that provide Financial Information are Clients.

The Company collects Financial Information from Clients through the online order processing and fulfillment process and the online billing process in which Clients are asked to provide a means of effecting payment for goods or services received from the Company and through which information is created pertaining to Company invoices, Client payments, and other data pertaining to Client payment obligations. The Company may collect Financial Information through non-electronic means as well for the same purposes as that collected through electronic means.

Use of Personal Information
We use Personal Information regarding Clients and Consumers in order to fulfill Services on behalf of Clients.
We do not share the Personal Information of Clients except for purposes of fulfilling Services on behalf of a Client, or to provide Company information to Clients about other Services that the Company believes in good faith may be of interest to the Client.

We do not share the Personal Information of Consumers with anyone other than the Clients who provided that Personal Information.

We use Personal Information regarding Prospects in order to solicit those Prospects to become Clients (either directly or on behalf of companies they represent). We may send email, direct mail and other solicitations to Prospects with respect to the Company’s Services. A Prospect may “opt-out” of receiving solicitations from the Company at any time by (1) following the opt-out instructions provided in an email from the Company or (2) sending an email to [such as [email protected]] that clearly identifies the Prospect and clearly expresses the desire to opt-out from receiving additional solicitations.

Use of Financial Information
We may use Financial Information collected from Clients in order to bill Clients for fees due, process payments, collect amounts due, manage Client billing disputes, and otherwise manage the billing and collection of fees from Clients in accordance with their respective agreements with the Company (collectively, the “Billing Process”).

We do not share Financial Information with other parties (except to the extent Financial Information is shared with banks, financial intermediaries, or collection agencies in connection with the Billing Process).

Personal Information Collected via Technology
As you navigate our website, certain passive information may also be collected, including your Internet Protocol address, browser type, and operating system. We also use cookies and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and the solutions and information for which you searched and viewed. This type of information is collected to make our solutions and services more useful to you.

We may correlate information we collect from website visitors through technical means to Personal Information. We may use all of that information for the benefit of the Client in connection with the Company’s Services.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Personal Information We Receive from Other Sources
We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources like your telephone number or other contact information. We may add this information to the information we have already collected about you in order to improve the Company’s Services.

We do not sell Personal Information that we collect from Clients or Consumers to third parties. We may engage third parties to assist us, and, in connection with such assistance, we may provide them with Personal Information that we have collected from Clients and Consumers and that is necessary for them to assist us.
We also use third parties to maintain and to store Personal Information and to process any payment you make to us. Generally, these third parties are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by the Company.
To the extent we disclose Personal Information to any third parties who are acting on our behalf, those third parties are subject to duties of confidentiality that prohibit them from disclosing such information to anyone and from using that information for any purpose other than in the course of providing assistance to us.
